I spent May 30-31, 2015, at the 12th reenactment of the massive immigration of pioneers who walked across Nevada from St. Louis, Missouri to settle in California in the late 1800’s. Cinco De Mayo Parade Elko Nevada
Cinco De Mayo parade, early May in Elko was fantastic, perhaps the best parade in Elko because of the horses, families, children’s dance costumes, live dancing, and music. Cowboy John Tour with Dr. and Mrs. Gabel
I toured Dr. and Mrs. Gabel and two young children May 10, Sunday around Elko proper and Spring Creek and into Thomas Canyon, for Reno Diagnostic Center.
